Week 1, day 1

First session done. I was a bit skeptical at first but once we started going in on the resistance band, I felt it. I haven’t had my arms feel like this in ages. Feels like I lifted weights but no! Pretty short and sweet. Now on day 2 (after rest day) we run the same 15 minute practice twice. 👀 I’ll just enjoy my rest day and cross that day 2 bridge when it comes.
